I'm not 100% done with wire management as I just got that joystick. Instead I bought this stuff and its worked out great: this, and this, and this I wouldn't buy any other accessories from either one. Although IMO I think I prefer the wiresnake. Get either the magnetic side channels (from uplift) or the wire snake (from desk.haus). Or install self tapping screws through holes in cover into tray. Feed screws thru hole in cover, mark and drill thru top siderail flange of tray and attach on other side with 1/4-20 nylon lock nut. The desk.haus also has a lot more color options for your base than uplift (maybe that has changed I dont know). MonoSystems recommends fastening cover to power tray fitting using 1/4 hardware. I find my desk.haus to be far more sturdy and less wiggly, especially extended to my preferred height. When I bought the desk.haus I bought the base only and had a local wood worker create me a custom top which ended up being way cheaper for me than buying the desk.haus wood tops. When I bought the uplift I bought it with the bamboo top. As I'm sure I have what is considered an older model now. So my knowledge of recent uplift desks is outdated. I bought the uplift non-commercial (they didn't have commercial at the time) 4 leg, with 72" top in 2016 I bought the desk.haus vertex pro 4 leg, with no top in 2022
